By that logic, you could claim that Waspinator, Rattrap, Dinobot and Silverbolt were the same person!

It's not really a matter of same voice actor, it's a matter of same voice.

My theory is Thrust wil come back and take over Tidal Wave, and he'll be upgraded into Mirage.

Scorponok is not Thrust. Hell, he wasn't even created from scrap, just resurrected like Starscream. So that doesn't make much sense, especially if you read the early concept that's shaping to be true.

All of the Terrorcons, including Scorponok were all killed a very long time ago, which is why their rusty corpses are present in that room that Alpha was creating them in...Scorponok is a new character. Thrust died.

But regardless, Murdock has a different voice for Scorpy, its much deeper and more gruff. Some emotions require a higher voice or more of a quirk, which creates the Thrust sounding voice he has occasionally...its unavoidable.

I was just gonna say the same thing. Same voice/voice actor does not mean it's the same character. Yes, I noticed from the get-go that Scorponok's voice is done by the same guy that did Thrust, but Thrust is dead and long gone. If they do bring him back, cool. But I doubt very much that Thrust and Scorponok are one and the same.

I wouldn't say that Thrust is Scorponok. But, Cyclonus did mention that Scorponok has been revived which implies that Scorponok had existed before. If anything, I'd say Tidalwave is going to become Mirage, but that's only speculation. Thrust died-period.

Well the point is no one knows. So all ideas are valid at this point. Thrust died. Doesn't mean he won't retrn. Look at Starscream. The idea of him sharing the same body as Scoponok is cool. But who knows. He might be Mirage or Sharticon who knows. All we can do is post our ideas and wait to see who's right.

Hey, did you guys know that G1 Starsceam had the same voice as Cobra Commander from G.I. joe and the same voice as D'compose from inhumanoids? Chris latta had talent! I wonder if he's still working...?
