They dont bug me so much. The episode that involve them dont bug me so much. The thing about Armada and Energon is, Armada would have them dominate the whole ep and not involve TF at all and in Energon Kicker would constantly interfere with the everyday goings on of the TFs. In Cybertron so far, Prime and the bots keep the kids incheck and on the side line where they won't get hurt(or eat up action scene time). I actually enjoy the stuff these kids do and they are actually funny.

on their own, the GF/C kids would be decent characters. but they are completely out of place in a TF cartoon. a lot of times, their involvment doesn't seem to serve any real purpose. they're just there for no reason what-so-ever. if they staied at the base all the time, they wouldn't be so bad. but the TF's take the kids with them everywhere they go, even into potentially dangerous combat situations. they stick out like a sore thumb.

Voted meh as they are not really annoying in the shows I have seen so far. They could have been a lot worse.

The kids are far better than any of the previous kids in the other shows... even better that Koigi in RiD!

I like them, especially Bud.  Coby is O.K., but Lory's a biatch.

They're okay, they don't try to get themselves into a warpath too often, and actually stay in headquarters after halfway the series to help with the coordination of the various mission objectives. Coby's pretty useful in the beginning as he did help out in repairs as well and was useful with Hot Shot in Velocitron/Speedia, and repairing Landmine. The others also help out with some minor missions that did not involve too much danger, so they did know their place.

 

The only time I really didn't like them was in the beginning when Lori was bossing Prime and his crew around while they were setting up their base, and maybe when she was mouthing off at Scourge. Why would a band of giant robots be taking orders from some teen? If she wasn't pretty cute, I would have smacked her a little for that.

better than Koji? :eek I'll have to make extra effort to see these kids then, because I think Koji was the most well done of the human sidekicks.  Except for maybe Chip Chase.

I'm pretty much indifferent to them, sadly ~ which is a real shame considering how much I loved the human cast members of both Micron and Super Link. In fact, if it had not been for those characters I might well have passed both shows by without ever seeing them.
