weapon minicon's are cool... but my fav is sparkplug.

the street race trio does it for me...minicons are the best thing that came out of armada.

Reverb from Cybertron.  Give his head a rotating joint and make him larger, and he would make a decent TF.  But aside from that, he has a nice range of motion, decent transformation, and a good color scheme.  Of all my Min-Cons, aside from the weapon ones, he's my fav, with Sparkplug in a very close second.

The one whose name I can't remember.(Most of them) Off hand I have to go with Sparkplug and Reverb.

For the small scale of Minicons I feel simpler is better. The weapon minicons are good, but sometimes too complicated and sometimes not very convincing weapons.

 

I like the minicons to be weapons, but in the way the land military and sea team guys are, just have weapons on their alt modes and don't complicate things with a 3rd transformation. Complex transformations like Astroscope and the street speed team end up making them have too many parts easily pop off during transformation, they're annoying.

 

Thus my favorite minicon is easily Wreckage. Simple, elegant transformation, and heavily armed. Armada Rhinox looks awesome with a pair of the Night team Wreckage repaint mounted on his backpack in robot mode and thus 4 rockets shooting right over his head.

I absolutely agree on both parts (well except that Unicron was the absolute best thing to come out of Armada, but aside from that, the minicons were by far the best figures in the line). I would also add Astroscope to that list though, nice little figure.

I like all mini-cons except Astroscope because he can't stand up right!

i pretty much have every minicon ever made and i still cant decide on a favorite....but i am partial to the firebot and makeshift molds

 

but the one i hate is ramjet(tidalwave) aka ramjoke
