Here is the auction

->Click Me<-

Report this loser & give him bad feedback.

Sellers are quick enough to Starscream that purchasing stuff means you are agreeing to a contract, the same should apply to them too.

What would I do?

Pay the extra, get the item, then claim the money back saying I never received it!

I'm an honest person, but "an eye for an eye" applies here.  :thumb

I agree!!  :thumb

O.K. so they did refund your ALL your money right? If they refunded ALL of it then I would either do one of two things.

1. File a complaint. Explain in your complaint form EXACTLY what happened. Tell them that you feel that you are being overcharged for shipping.

2. Go ahead and pay the difference if you really want it. In their description it does say $3 for shipping BUT it also says overseas and international shipping is MORE.

If you file a complaint, the seller will say that the stipulations on shipping were stated in the listing.

Your argument is that the seller sent you an invoice for a set price, you paid it, the seller refunds payment, then asks for more.

Ebay more than likely frowns on this stuff, you may win.

3.00 for shipping should have been sufficient.

now they wont respond yay

finally they replied and it was a damn invoice with more charges

how do i make a complaint cuz this is bs

Do not know how one files a complaint but this is plain stupid.

The seller listed a $3.00 US shipping fee so he has to adhere to that. I mean if you list a fee then that is what you you should charge.

Of course it would be impossible to list all international fees so people gotta mail for those. Given the time I often do unless it is a rare item.

Won Rattrap on eBay (the first one) for $5.50. Shipping is $10 but I did not email for a shipping quote and international shipping is a pain in the ass.It is a lot indeed.

But being a huge Rattrap fan I gotta have him and it is not as if he is on eBay often.  :tftongue

How much are they wanting to charge you to ship to your location in Canada?
