there are too many mistake in the G1 animation.some of the mistake really confuse us, i dont know how they check out when they release the anime.

have you found the mistake in the anime?

Well, Shockwave does transform into a cool gun.  Maybe he's a narcissist and made himself a plain laser gun in his own image?

or arent the cybertronian alt modes suppose to be things they see everyday...hence soundwave turned into the lightpole thing...

my theory about shockwave....he has never done the mass shift...so he just turned into a giant pistol. I always thought he was intended to be the gun of a combiner team, like Devestator. So his extra processing ability could actually make the gestault smart.

well brutie never got any smarter when using him but then again maybe shock wave multiplys their inteligence rather then adding on

i agree with mattimusprime he turns into a cybertronian pistol so logicly if he were to have a pistol thiers a chance it would look a gr8 deal like himself

:lol The Shockwave toy was so awesome, even Shockwave has one. :clap

In one episode you see Optimus Prime fighting against Shockwave with his ion blaster in one hand and a shockwave pistol in the other.

In MTMTE episode one Shockwave has two hands.

I just imagine how much different season 3 would have been if he had survived

Okay, that really is a funny picture. But it would indeed be something for Shockwave's ego to walk around with a gun made after his own altmode.

Methinks he went to Radio Shack!
