I'd do the whole line of World War 2 designs from that GI Joe crossover, in scale with 3 3/4-in. Joes, with Alt-level accuracy and as much articulation as I could pack in.  For those characters like Ravage whose Alt modes are next to impossible (a grenade?!?!) I'd make a highly articulated figure and a separate alt-mode.  And of course I'd need to make the Joes themselves.

I'd also like to do a series of bodies for my Blackbird character, who has something similar to the GT system in Binaltech but has more than just basic copies to control...  He can shift his Spark to different bodies for different situations, plus backup bodies.  So all his different "versions" (#7 being an SR-71 and #13 being a Plymouth Superbird).

And just for sh*ts and giggles a series of five 1/48-scale Navy aircraft from different generations, all in the colors of the Jolly Rogers squadron, that combine to form some ridiculously huge gestalt.

I'd make a customizer kit for build your own alternator cars.

Skeletons for the transformer, at least 3 different types.

Same scale as most modern model kits that could be retro fitted to work with a trusty saw and some hard work + imagination.

Then everyone could go find a model of what ever they wanted and make it into a Transformer.

In what way should the response to the topic question be different from what we would custom-build or kitbash?

I gotta agree with Glue on this one. Some of those ideas are very doable. Just take a look at the things the kitbashers like us have been posting on here since this site went on line. I mean WV is working on a MP Devastator right now. I`m finishing up my BT Rodimus in the next week or so...almost certain this time. VP has a number of kitbashes and repaints not the least of which is his scratch built W.W. Grimlock. Not to meantion the dozens of other kitbashers here. Just so you all know I`m not saying that it comes easy for any of us but there is a guide in the kitbash and repaint section where you can ask any questions that you have and those of us who are able to answer your question will do so to the best of our abilitiy. Even if you`ve never done any crafts before it is possible for you to kitbash just sketch out a plan of what you want to do and ask questions, and give it a try. :thumb

Thats a great idea.

I'd go for a full Dinobot combiner, preferably in Galaxy Force style.

Dinoking  :clap

i want to design toys by myself, but we dont have enough material, we only can kitbash or repaint, although we can make a new toys, still cant as good as takara or hasbro products

If you had the money and the materials to make them.

then what would you design and make?

i would want a '95 Mazda Miata alternator, in Laguna Blue (my car)

Oh oh, and like a whole line of all the old TFs but all Masterpiece editions.
