I let my mom get rid of most of my old toys sometime during the 2 years I wasn't interested in toys anymore.

 

I'm also kicking myself for spending so much money on KOs when I first got into collecting. They were cool at the time, but now less than half of them are still in one piece.

Not being born when toys got cool enough to play with. Having bots that can actually do what you want them to do would have been so fun 20 yrs ago.

That's an easy one.  When Beast Wars first came out, I had TWO experiences that drive me crazy to this day.

 

1.  I had the chance to get BW Wave 1 Gorilla/T-Rex Optimus Primal and Megatron for $10 each.  I didn't buy them, and I'm still kicking myself.

 

2.  About halfway through BW, I had a chance encounter with the wave 1 Optimus/Megatron two pack (bat and alligator), even though it should have disappeared off the shelves long ago.  Again, I didn't buy them.  Luckily, I found it recently on ebay and snatched it up for an extremely low price MIB.

Thinking I was too old to buy toys when BW came out  :redface Missed so many figs.

I missed a bunch as well.....fortunately the great white got Sideswipe.

not buying primal prime, cryotek, tripredicus, red version thrust (armada) , aav (red/blue) version, tripredicus agent ravage, fox kids recolored tarantulas, G1 six shot when i saw them :tfsad  :tfsad  :tard

Not buying TFC Soundwave when it first came out.

Not buying RID Destructicon Scourge when it was dirt cheap in TRU.

Too many things on eBay that I forgot to bid on to even start mentioning.

I am still kicking myself for opening all my Japanese Beast Wars toys, and even more for not keeping the plastic inserts.

For skipping on MP Prime so many times because of my ex's lies for money and her ideals.  Now I can't get him anywhere.  Also for missing out on a lot of the Robot Masters line, I've got 14 of them, would love to find the rest if I can.

seeing a "original" Machine Wars Starsceam at a Kay Bee toys five years ago. I only had enough money to choose between him and BW Cheetor. You can guess what I decided to buy......

 

And Missing out on a reissue Ultra Magnus when it first came out. At least i scored Prime
