BT* Skids and Broadblast- No remolding???

Other than the alternate color releases like BT blue Tracks, blue Prowl, and red Meister. Those seem to be at the car maker's insistence. I get the feeling Takara's gonna be shunting the recolors over to BTA. Make BT seem less crowded.

This is exactly my take as well, from now on all the straight repaints will be shunted over into the BTA line.  At least they'll be a new character instead of red Meister, blue Prowl, etc.

I'd have to agree. I heard in the previous news that Broadblast was mistaken for a silver variant of Skids, and was designed because the Scion is being marketed with silver as its color (same reason as the Yellow Tracks and Red Meister). They may have decided that it would better if future straight repaints, and minor remolds to the car, be put onto the Asterisk line to make them more salable.
