10th Anniversary Rhinox

Recommended Posts

Can't believe they are making us dish for these figures AGAIN. I know I will be buying the figures just for the pieces and then selling off the figures. How many of these guys do you need?

Spencer.

Colors are nice and very reminscent of the show. Great that Hasbro is doing this for the fans, but unfortunately this mold never did anything for me.

They're re-issues, just like the G1 re-issues. No-one's making you buy them, it's a great oppurtunity for those who didn't get them\sold them to get them again, and there's a bonus thrown in with each toy of the Transmutate figure and DVD. Also, they have some changes made to them that distinguish them from the originals.

And yet, somehow, despite how great this idea is to celebrate the BW 10th anniversary, you complain.

All I can say at this point is '...'

Personally I am really liking the idea.

They should have left the Maximal symbol off because it is not show accurate but other than that I am not complaining. The Beast Wars toys were great and seeing how I missed some I am going to buy these new ones.

ah rhinox the first bw brick. tm version was better

i wonder if for rat trap they'l fix his transformation so it's show acc. taranchulas should prove interesting. shame they'll never make it over here, 20th prime never did :tfsad

Most of the early BW characters were bricks in beast mode, but they were all ninja-style in robot mode thanks to that fabuous new "ball joint" technology.

The thing about TM Rattrap (and I'm not sure that that's the one they will be releasing) is that in order to swivel his backpack around, you'd need a major redesign of the figure.

And why doesn't anyone ever say "Man, I wish the show character looked more like the toy?"

Nothing's wrong with that figure. It's sort of a reissue, so I'm glad they didn't change too much. The paint job does look good though.

I like him.  I never got Rinox in any incarnation and I always loved his character (until they buthered him in BM) Thank you Hasbro for an awesome rerelease.
