The "hunting talk" was directed towards the difficulty in finding Prowl and other previous releases, souring people on hunting for Sunstreaker at all in B&M stores.

I love traveling to the boon docks just to find nothing. It's fun :thumb J/k One time I went to a KMart I'd never been to and Tracks was just sitting there on sale even............To bad I ordered and had him already. The day he first went on sale at Walmart.com, he was ordered. I wasn't playing when it came to owning him.

I'd have to spend around $50 in gas to even get to the boondocks.

I am very much interested in the hunt (finding the BM Tank Drone after months of looking actually got me dumped (well to be honest, the squealing like a little girl in the middle of Wal-Mart got me dumped)), but now-a-days, I am impatient and want my hard to find toys asap. I do recommend bbts if you can afford it, and further I recommend going BT* if you really can afford it. I must admit that I like a few things about the Alt Sunstreaker more, ie the stripes, but the BT is better quality and the bot mode is highly superior.

 

Anyway, have fun hunting, hope you find him soon.

I don't think 'Steaker is ear marked for mass retail until Jan(?)

 

Online stores do get things early sometimes, probably still at least 6 weeks off anway(?)

I like the hunt for TFs it`s interesting finding out what you might find as you drive around. Glad to hear that Streaker is going to be a general release. Now I just have to wait for him to be released and the hunt shall begin. :tfgrin

I hunted for Decepticharge for about 2 or 3 months before I found him and when I found him I found Prowl at the very same time but didn`t have the money for him so I hid him behind some second rate G.I. Joes and bought him a week later. Now I have all 16 that are currently available! So when is Skids coming out in stores so I can begin the hunt?

That's why I use the layaway option. I can put everything I want at the time on a 3 month payment plan.  :clap Of course that means you have to find it at the same time, but  it still works.

TRU and Target have a layaway plan? Only one that does that, that I know of, is Wal-Mart. Man, if I had known that, I would've been putting them on layaway all this time. lol
