On topic, I always thought that cybertron had organicy caves under all the metal. I think all the G1 beasts or primitives were the only way to do good beast transformers. Thats why I like the transmetals, they were like the G1 beasts. It makes sense for cybertron to be build around rock or a smaller planet as it would be very hard to build a completely metal planet from scratch.

I really don't disagree with anything you said...but just had to say -

Was the word "organic" not enough of an adjective...:) organicy sounds like a Pee-Wee Herman word hehe

anyway, just bustin stones, no offense :)

A lot a people didn’t like Beast Machines idea of an organic Cybertron (took some getting used to for me) But the G1 cartoon might have had an organic core to. I was watching the Transformers Season3 part 2 & season 4 and noticed that it alludes to an organic Cybertron. In the Episode 107: The Dweller in the Depths, The quintessons are talking about there first project on Cybertron the Transorganic’s. In the Episode the Autobots fallow the Decepticons into an old area of Cybertron. They go very deep into Cybertron and it starts to look very Organic (kind of like the inside of Unicron in Armada; shutters to think about Armada). My question is what do you all think about this and what it meant. Do you think they alluded to an Organic core or not.

G1 also showed the Autobots getting from the western United States to central Africa in less than an hour.

Not only did they get there in less than a half hour they drove all the way there, and don't forget there less than a hour trips to other planets. Omega must have been really fast, not to mention when they traveled via telescope :thumb

I don't know about others who hate the "technoorganic" idea, but I hate it for this reason. To me, what makes the Transformers unique is that they are robots who have complete sentience. To make them non-metal is to take away that which is unique; they just become another group of aliens.

Sure, Cybertron itself may have been a living planet that was full of carbon based life, but that doesn't mean that it has anything to do with the Transformers. :tfgrin

When I think of techno oragnic creatures i think of cyborgs. The main problem with the ending to Beast Machines was turning ALL of Cybertron into a forest. I actually wrote a fanfic that leads Beast Machines into Robots in Disguise. It mainly involves a time of peace, and then rebuilding cities of metal, and reservations of forests for the hippy Maximals. A new Predacon Megatron wants to conquer it all, and time travels to Earth when energy resources weren't used up, and a group of Autobots follow suit.

In the Episode 107...

waitamin, was there en episode 107? I thought there were only 98 G1 episodes? :tfhuh

I like the idea of an internally organic Cybertron. Afterall, Unicron's organic on the inside as seen in the movie (i believe with all that liquid, he constitute as partly organic).

Episode 107 is what it is called in the DVD. There were only 98 episodes. I think it has to do with the production number, which doesn't allways go with the order it appeared.
