hmm, i was thinking. is cybertron optimus prime worth getting? i mean, he looks kool and all, but is his play value worth his price? and how much is he?

Honestly, he's pure eye candy. He's posable in his smaller robot mode, but the back-heaviness in his super robot mode limits his poseability somewhat. His firebrick mode is ok, not as floppy as RID Optimus Prime.

 

Get it if you want a good looking Optimus Prime in your collection.

Depending on where you get him, he runs about $30-$40. And he's worth every penny........

yeah, the armada 1 suked, it was like owing a small portable wall with arms. for 30-40 buks, cyb prime may be worth it, we'll see. and i do need a good lookin prime for collection..:schin

why ask why, go get him!!  number 1, he's got a removable matrix and only two other primes/convoys have that (20th and Big Convoy), 2, even putting that aside, he's a great figure, the faceplate is sweet, hes got great posability, 2 bfg's and like Satanstorm said hes great eye candy.  i really like mine (if u cant tell) definately one of the better primes to have come out

Seriously though, setting aside 20th Anniversary Prime, he is my favorite.

 

I bought the Galaxy Force version last December for like, $80 US, and I don't regret a single penny. 

 

He is the focal point of my Prime shelf.
