to put it simply.

 

Megs =Probably a tank.

 

G1/New stuff (does actually sound interesting)

 

Willing to look into the "mythology" of Transformers. Unicron/Primus perhaps?

 

Looking into new characters.

 

As many of the original voices as possible.

(i dont think i could bear it had Brad pitt or somsuch voiced Optimus!)

What i liked about the interview is that both of the writers seemed to be total geeks!

Well it's come a long way from Kurtzman's original interview where he actually said, "I don't know where to start, I mean, how do you make a movie based on toys??"  Like he never even heard of the comic or TV show.  But I think the guy on the right is more of a fan, then the guy on the left (not sure which is which so I might have just contridicted myself) simply because the guy on the left wanted Megs to be a tank (which is fine with me, but it is kind of a touchy subject that he doesn't seem to mind saying his view where the other guy is more objectional) and he calls Cybertron "the homeworld" cause he hears the interviewer say "homeworld", where I think most die-hard fans would naturally say "Cybertron". 

 

But overall, yea!, i'm much more excited about it then after that first interview.  Hot Rod better be in there is all I care about now.

Be afraid of the "new" characters. Be very afraid. Oh boy, here comes crumplezone or here comes zoombot or........Im too shivered of the thought.

Relax, guys.  New characters could be referring to the human roles, it wouldn't bother me if the goofy, boot-wearing Witwickys weren't featured.  And to be honest, it wouldn't even bother me if there were a completely new TF.  As it is, I bet that the characteristics of a couple of different G1 guys will be merged into the characters we are getting.

 

Also, remember, that those two have absolutely zero input into the casting of voice actors.  That's Michael Bay's decision, and last I heard, he wasn't planning on using them.

Zorro should never be talked about in the same conversation as Transformers. :P
