Only if it involved Vogon poetry or Charlton Heston.

Just a thought...if the Earth was destroyed, would there be any need to have an alt mode? If Autobots have always tried to blend in with the environment so to speak, anyone catch my drift?

I don't mind seeing Earth destroyed or not even featured, but just wondering.

a tf would still require an alt-mode as a means of transportation. beast modes could be used in areas that are too rough for regular vehicle modes like a jungle or underground caverns.

Nevermind the G1 TFs who could fly in bot mode, right?  :tflaugh

Well, if they did that, I'm sure that they would have a huge running story arc about finding a place for the last remaining humans to live. This means  even MORE humans in the show. I say nyet.

Agreed :pfx

Blowing up Earth isn't the only way.  The series can always take place on

planets other than Earth.

that was my first thought too.

Not necessarily. we could have the decepticons destroy every single being on earth, tear the planet to pieces and then have the autobots hunt down all cons for revenge.

autobots don't seek revenge, they seek justice.

My first thoughts when I hear "no more earth in TF" is G1 S3.

Well, not ALL Autobots...hehehe.    :tfevil

Then explain the Dinobots.

Nothing in G1 can be explained and have it make sense.  :tflaugh

I think Beast Wars had a good thing going for it.. even though it was techincally prehistoric earth, they probably could of done away with that story arc and still manage to make a decent series out of it.

Well, the swarm sorta-killed human life, does that count??  And in future earth all the human are dead also, BW2 I think.

Really? I never liked BWII, but now... :schin
