I know I am in the minority, but I would take any form of Armada Prime over the craptastic mini-energon-Prime combined mode.  I love the toy as an individual bot, but as a combiner it sucketh much backside.

I actually voted for Armada Prime, but that is b/c Energon Prime was sooooo crappy IMO, that it didn't even register w/ me so I forgot about it, otherwise I would have.

 

Also, after getting Armada Prime recently, I actually don't dislike it too much, it isn't too bad of a toy. But I am pretty sure I will never get Energon Prime, and if I did, I still wouldn't like it.

Hate the head, POS IMHO (don't you just love abbreviations???), also hate the pants, but when combined w/ Jetfire and Overload, not too bad. I will probably display Prime that way once I get my new cabinet.

My vote goes to super pants. What a load of crap he was. No posability, an ugly head, and he had no back. What the hell was up with that? He's also a pain in the ass to connect to his pants and just try getting him to stay there.

I remember watching him on the show, and he looked so freakin' awesome, a few years later, I get a computer and find out his toy is just one freakin' gigantic brick. Much dissappiontedth.

Not only was his pants a brick, but he couldn't lift his gun barrel high enough to shoot anything but kneecaps (a flaw that they did finally fix with later shipments).

Combined Armada Prime is bad but Energon Prime is an obscenity

I vote Sonic Convoy, for basically being nothing more than wearing a new backpack, as compared to the previous level of combination. I favor those combinations where the core robot has some significant alteration to him, or at least have a key part of the body replaced (eg. a limb, NOT things like wings). Galaxy Convoy Super mode to Sonic Convoy juz doesn't have enough differences for me.

 

Of cos, I'm not talking about the overall asthetic look, only the combining concept.

The Armada Superdress + Jetfire + Overload combo.  Yes, better than Superdress on it's own until you realize that you're talking about $85 for three crappy toys that merge into one crappy big toy.
