It's quite obvious to me that it was just painted in camo and given legs to become Megatron.

Might of been an SD Neue Ziel combined with a 1/144 Hygogg...but I'm not sure, the SD Neue Ziel on the American box is Copyright 2003. but it seems like a semi-correct scale.
