hey SW, why don't you add green to the little ball on SS blade?

I will if I can get my hands on some paint that works on the rubberized parts.

holy crap, the vortex blade/cannon are rubber?

It's rubber on the sword, hard plastic on the cannon.

Standard Acrylic model paint should work.  Enamels don't stick well to rubber and when they dry they flake off.  Acylic should stick, and its flexible when dry so won't chip off.

Looks much better now. Another modification I think you should do is paint the things that look like missiles (next to his head) gold.

Yeah, & also, paint the rear wings Redder, like the Voyerger Version  :thumb

(damn Hasbro, once again doesn't bother to paint certain places)

any plans to paint him into thundercracker or skywarp????      i repainted the little one into Tcracker to see how it would look but i think ill do the big boy now.......

Two light up features? Geez. They could've clearly stated it in the instructions. (Believe me, I tore that thing apart looking for directions on what does what) All I found was the dumb lights/sounds button. =\ Wish I had known about it, still...he's sell worthy in my book. He became a little too big for my tastes.

Added black and silver apps to SS's shoulders, legs and forearms, and cyber key ports (although the last two are hard to see in these pics):

Well, I added the gold to the missiles. Looks nice IMO (thanks for the idea! :thumb). Also, more pics of the additional silver & black detailing.

Lookin good :thumb

looks good, but i think you should change the details on the thighs. the silver has to much contrast and, in my opinion, draws you to the thighs and not the bot as a whole. just my 2 cents.
