Yes, except it sticks out in the back, so it you want to place him near a wall or the end of your bookshelf, he'll stick forward a bit.  The chip slot is tight enough so that you can put it in partway through.  In bot mode, it's harder to see the chip unless you can look at the bot from the side or back.

Soundwave was displayed at Hasbro's Botcon booth. He'll be released, as long as Cybertron/Transformers itself doesn't suffer some huge failure and cancellation.

 

As for Ramble... I don't know if we're getting a "different" re-deco. At BC, Aaron Archer said we'd be getting only "the orange one" and not the blue or yellow one... so maybe it's "orange" and different or maybe it's still the same "red" one. I really doubt it'd be the Coby one though.

I can't wait to have Soundwave and Mega Starscream standing next to Megs.

is he a japanese only, or will he come out over seas here in US?

He'll be expected to hit North America hoperfully nearing the end of the year. :thumb

 

Hasbro has a lot of catch up to do with Cybertron until Soundwave hits shelves. :tdown

 

Here's hoping Hasbro doesn't make any last minute alterations on colours or materials before release.  :roll

Actually, near the end of 2006! since 2006 seems to be the year of Cybertron not 2005! arrrgh! but I will get my GF Soundwave before the NA version show up...

Wouldn't it be suprising if hasbro released a blue and PURPLE rumble? Or frenzy... whatever! *cowers in the corner and waits for Madhammer's wrath*

Good pix, as I mentioned, the only prob I've had w/mine is the loose head. Other than that, he's a great bot!
