Ok before you all starting throwing poo over this, note the shipper is UPS, and the grade is 3 days. UPS Ground has a 5 day garauntee, and shipping a package at this rate that weighed... oh... say the weight of a notebook computer (ie IBM ThinkPad R40) would come out to be $30 on average. Anything HIGHER than Ground would have a huge price jump, with perhaps a $10 difference between blue, green and next day. If I were to ship the same notebook overnight, it would be about $130 via UPS.

UPS is expensive. I used to work for PC Implementation at Praxair Inc, and at the end of the day had to package and ship out products using UPS. It was a good service, they would come and pick up the stuff, they would refund any damages, and the stuff would get there on time, but it was expensive. Only high priority clients got the next day, or if were were behind on our SLAs.

UPS sucks big time. It took me 18 days to get my Brave Max from CA to BC. And I had to pick it up myself at the airport on a Friday because they were not to attempt delivery before the Monday after! My grandma would have been faster pedaling the distance backward on a unicycle with the thing strapped to her back.
