as a toy he looks very fun and outstanding as far as the last couple years have brought us toywise. the colors, they do nothing for me. i'd like to see him as maybe quickstrike to keep a more prime/convoy look but that's my personal hangup and preference. so far i have the other convoys for this line so keeping a convoy scheme or not doesn't bug me tooooo much. i just think he's too similar in color to flame convoy to really stand out from the crowd of five and vector prime. his blue and anything else would probably sit better with me, but i'm sure i'll end up with this one no matter much i gripe about his colors.

seriously, Evac will so rock if they remold it a little bit and make the head more Apache looking, paint it black and you've got a bad ass bot.  I just can't dig in a gobot / rescue-hero  looking alterante mode. 

 

Anyways, I guess either one of these will make  fine repaint/remold

First off - why repaint him as Blades...my original comment was that he already looked like Blades! No repainting necessary

 

And as far as his color scheme - i realize its fairly realistic - the problem comes in that realistic or not - its a bit garish

secondly - the way the legs and arms fold up you have this beautiful Yellow and white shell and then these ugly Grey/Blue holes in the side of the copter where his legs are...

If his colors were more uniform - then these big old holes wouldnt be so obvious.

Or give him snap on panels so that its covered up...
