Alt Tracks, after seeing him go for $50 on Ebay.  :redface

I also regret not buying the second one I saw in stores...

Other than that, I suppose I would have liked to have had my Gold E-Hobby Jazz still sealed, but he was too awesome not to transform, so I don't mind.  I would have bought two of them if the seller I bought him from had had another one though...

My Alternators Tracks and maybe Meister.

Never regretted opening a single bot.  Of course very few of my older bots were in boxes to begin with.  But I'm a collector to play with them and display them.  And i don't like the display of boxes.

Back in summer 99 i bought a MISB Megatron (this was a couple of years before he was reissued the first time)

cost me about $450, which at the time was fairly high.

I opened it.  I'd always wanted it since, but 'the 'rents ' didn't like 'expensive' robots or toy guns.  A toy gun that an 'expensive robot' as well???  no chance.

I thoroughly enjoyed him, sold him 6 months later and only lost about 50 bucks off the price :-)

Somehow, I'm guessing opening a MISB G1 Megatron (and having it for a bit) was worth the $50.

I'm like you guys I dunno what to to do before I got married I'd buy 2 of each but now I'm lucky to even buy one now so I only open the ones I really like.

I have exactly 0 unopened transformers.

the only reason i "regret" opening some is because I can't take them back after realizing I don't like them. :grr

My TRU begs to differ :thumb

i opened my mp01 to check for broken parts... and to my discovery i didn't find any. i intended to keep it sealed, but since there were reports of jacked up mp01's i was just really curious to see what condition mine was in.

other than that, i haven't bought a tf i didnt open. no regrets

No regrets, every TF that I have got I opened.
