Well everyone has an opinion.  They do have a right to express their opinion.  Too bad some people try to force their opinions on someone else's throat.

I'm sick of people Starscreaming about other people Starscreaming about Starscreaming.

My opinion of the G1 Galvatron toy just for the sake of giving my opinion: It's fugly, or at least the original version is.  The reissue that will be in anime colors, however, looks quite nice.  Almost makes me want to get it.  What a difference a paint job can do, eh?

Et tu, Brute? :P

I know that's what I get tired of. "I don't like this toy so neither should you." That kind of crap sucks.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion. In fact, I welcome all opinions, as it often provides some good discussion. What pisses me off is when people say "the fact is" or "let's face it" a certain toy/show/whatever sucks. You don't need to throw IMO in every post, but please don't act like something is obviously bad and that you speak for the rest of us.

I don't understand...... :redface

I remember someone recently posting a thread wondering if he should buy a G1 Reissue Predaking. He obviously liked G1 figures and even detailed a story of how his older brother had one when he was little. So obviously he was looking for objective advice regarding the reissue? Does the reissue quality suck? Is he priced too high?

Another member here replied saying that Predaking is a brick compared to today's toys and that he would rather spend money on a Gundam model kit. WTF kinda of advice is that?

"good"

to each thier own, buy what you like

hey i like starcraft even though its pretty old

I've Always thought G1 toys were Fugly even at 6. I fell in love with the show and the toys seems lazy  to me. All Toys except GIJoe felt lazy to me. I didn't know the toys came first and I should be simpathetic to the lame excuse. All I knew is when I looked at some of the toys in person I started thinking, even at 6, "they could have easily put some knees here." Or, "His knees bend but his hips dont !?!?" I hated that alot of  Action Figs stode there lifelessly or the pose you could get them in looked lame. Think G1 Bumblebee with one arm in the air. Hell every thing sucked 20 yrs ago. Even Video Games images were blocks, which I also hated at the time, not 20 yrs later.

This thread keeps getting reinvented and makes me explain the same thing over and over. I wanted BW and Alternators 20 years ago or at very least some figures with the articulation of the G2 cyberjets. I

It's not fair to knock 20 yr old toys but lets not lie to ourselves. I started collecting G1 out of nostalgia, and too much free money and beauty of Dreamwave's artwork on the box. As soon as I saw BT -01......I lost all interest in collecting G1 Instantaneously.
