Okay lets put this to rest. He's not Dragstrip or Wildrider. He is Decepticharge. I accept it and that's what I call em. Bad news is, he's a new character with no bio what so ever. I know every one has their own Idea of what he should be. I'd like to hear every one else's ideas.

 

What we know about him

He's a Racer with a streamlined thin probably agile body

He has a shield showing that he's most likely well trained in various forms of combat.

He's in a stolen BT body(but this is Alternators)

He has a scanner w/optional long barrel attachment. With that scanning devise, maybe he has some type of brains.

Last but not least. He bares a Striking, uncanny resemblance to Megatron regardless of who the head was originally planned for.

 

So........what do ya think?

He is the evil clone of Windcharger.

Tech Spec

Built from stolen Cybertronian technology. Decepticharge was created to be the evil Deceptitran's right hand droid. The droid scientists modelled the head from a great Decepticon leader to instill fear in the populace. Multi directional scanner is used to read barcodes stamped on the foreheads of enslaved citizens. Unit 01 was commandeered by Auggie Cahnay to enter the Europa 2005. Unfortunately for Auggie the vehicle mode has a top speed of 0 mph due to a missing driveshaft.

I see him as this..

 

A Decepticon that has no idea who he is and confuses himself with many other bots throught out history. Sometimes he claims to be Megatron, somtimes he claims to be Thrust, sometimes he claims to be Dragstrip.. or even the Autobot Windcharger. Totally selfless and easy to persaude, the other Decepticons send him on 'special missions' IE, being Cannon Fodder wilst the real boys get work done.. all the while laughing amoungst themselves. Remarkably, Depecticharge always ends up suriviving these sucicde missions, leading to another day of driving the rest of the cons insane.

Y'know, I quite like that bio...

You know, I was hoping for some serious bios but these were fun reads.

He's a push over, afraid to fight (hence the huge shield and sniper rifle (for long distance shots)).  Basically he's whipped by the 'cons and the only opinion he actually has for himself is that the bots are stupid, although that stems more from racism than from actual reasoning.

As a Cybertronian gun for hire, Decepticharge was handpicked by Megatron for Autobot assassination missions. Cold and calculating, he specializes in creating disorder among the auotobot ranks and carrying out random acts of terrorism.

  Originally an Autobot named Wheelie, Decepticharge soon became disaffected with Autobot philosophy and Optimus Prime’s constant freedom propaganda.

Ghey repaint lust is in the eye of the beholder

 

Decepticharge is shown as one of histories most notorious Decepticons. The fact that he came online following the BOT episode and died before the movie, reveals his deathwish nature. (either that or he just sucked donkey balls) His self characterization can be summed up like this, "completists will buy any remold reguardless of how lame they are". His armament consist of a hardtop shield made from .22 gauge steel and able to repel most rain waters. His gun is actually lamer than the shield so he doesn't bother using it.

 

Decepticharges ONLY known weakness is the fact that he has no strengths, skills or abilities.
