I recently have been watching the BW seasons in order for the first time since they appeared on TV (even then I only caught a couple episodes).

I must say I am impressed with the story. I don't like it as much as my beloved G1 but it’s really kept my attention and is growing on me.

Which is your favorite BW season and why?

I have to go with season 3. I absolutely love how they incorporated g1 into it. The whole thing is rather brilliant (I feel like a trader for saying these things  :roll ).

But I particularly love how they developed the Black Arachnia character (really cool multi dimensional character). She is, IMO, they best and most believable fembot in the Transformers Universe. Half the time you can not tell what her true intentions are. Very cool.

Season one was also good and all but it kinda dragged on without ever really going anywhere. Season 2 is most likely my least favorite of the 3. It just had a lot of boring episodes with a few really good ones in between IMO.

Which is your favorite and why?

2. 1 was a great buildup, and established the playing field. 2 was the real meat of the story (With upgrades and death and shock revelations). 3 was the end, and things had begun to wind down and get slightly... silly, and a lot of the "beloved" cast had either been killed off or relegated to lesser roles.

'sides, 2 ended with The Agenda, which rocked.

Season 3 is my favorite- very involved, great storylines, and it even answered all the questions from the entire series (i.e. the Vok)- not to mention the two single greatest TF episodes of all time were in it, Nemesis 1 + 2.

I like all of them, but my favorite is season 2. The coming of an new breed of Transformer, the Fusors. The return of Optimus Primal, and IMO the best Rattrap form of all. Also the Agenda saga was awesome, I really like it when Megatron fired at Prime's head. I still laugh when I see that image.

I'm entirely alone in this but for me it was season 1. I definitely liked things a lot better before all the characters went to being mechanical. Megatron's also at his maniacle best as well as Primal as the struggling leader with a band of deviant missfits, most notably Rattrap. Season 1 also had IMO the best Waspinator pwnings. :thumb

that is like asking what son do i love the most

:tflaugh  j/k

2/3/1  they all had something great to make them special

Has to be 3.  Best than the other 2 IMO because it ends with style. :thumb

I especially loved the last scene being that of a Waspinator "finally happy."

Poor guy got slaged so many times.

For some reason, Season 3 has the greatest contrast between goofy episodes (Go With The Flow) and serious episodes (Nemesis parts 1&2).  The hatred between Depthcharge and Rampage, Blackarachnia struggling to fit in, and the final episode in general make it my favorite.  That and for some reason, the animation suddenly became much better between 2 and 3.  And one last thing...

DINOBOT 2 PWNS JOO

They all have something good going for them

Season 1 was where it actually felt like they were a research crew caught up in a war, the mystery of the then unnamed aliens, "possession" (leading to the quote "Waspinator has a headache in his whooole body..." :tflaugh )

Season 2, Transmetals, Fuzors, Rampage, Code of Hero, The Agenda.

Season 3, Depth Charge, creation of TM2, Dinobot clone, Tigerhawk, G1 reference, Nemesis 1 & 2.

I'll have to go with season 3, it's the one I rewatched the most on DVD, and I just love my big arse monkey bots. :monkey
