No, he's not. He was one of the first Transformers in the rebellion against the Quintessons, and was called A3 in that time. In all those years, the Transformers forgot about the rebellion, and A3 changed his name to Alpha Trion. He never was part of the Thirteen.

 

Prime Nova: In the Ultimate Guide, one of the Autobot Leaders that were given the Matrix. Never revealed. (So basically they could just stamp the name on Wheelie, and call him Prime Nova, and nobody could dispute that)

 

Primon: Alternate origin-story, that featured both the Quintessons and Primus. In this story, Primus indeed tricked Unicron into incapsulating himself into a planet, but his own planet was later colonized by Quints. These quints build 2 races, one slave, one gladiator race. When Primus awakened, he fused himself but the supercomputer called Vector Sigma, and gave acces to the Matrix to only 2 of his children, the 2 races created by the Quints. Each one of the 2 children became the leader of ther respective race. The slave race's leader was called Primon, the Gladiator-class leader was called Maximo. But, all this is fanfiction, and not cannon.

 

Legio Massimo: Miss-spelled: Liege Maximo. G2 comic, Semi-god, one of the Thirteen (Confirmed) who tried to "ascend" into godhood, to the same level of Primus and Unicron. Was twarted by a combination of Autobot and Decepticon forces.

 

Dezaras = Deathsaurus (both are authorized variations of his name). Japanese Mercenary, and one of the Decepticon Generals. BreastForce, had 2 partners, unknown to eachother, one Autobot, one Decepticon.
