Cybertron Primus prototype pics

Fall '06 has to be the Cybertron release date... there's no way GF will still be releasing toys 8 or 9 months after the end of the TV series.  Besides - when have we ever seen a proto a full year ahead of its release?

true...BUT....since when do takara proto`s and testshots leak?I`m starting to get the nagging suspicion that fall 06 is a typo and it`s actually fall 05.... :schin

Unlikely (for the US anyway), since the show just started.  Expect to see a slow period for Cybertron in early 2006, then a big push in July/August of 2006 with Primus as the BIG-MUST-HAVE-TOY of the line and the line also sees a renewed push which leads into the holidays.

It's a trend that is all too common in TF's lately.

now I`m not saying I know you personally or that you`re wrong here BUT.....have you read ALL I said and gotten the idea I tried to convey?I never said that it MUST have been a typo but that there MIGHT be a chance of it. the people at MC are only human and CAN make typo`s.I merely stated that we never see a takara proto leaked and that there for it might very well be a SLIM chance that fall 06 was a typo.and trends DO change...keep that in mind.

Man I want that hardcopy :(

but then again, at the rate which hasbro is releasing the toys, i doubt they can ration out the line until fall 2006. hasbro is currently only one or two waves behind takara.

They usually are at the beginning of the line.  Trust me, there will be a period that will be slow.  It happens all the time.

The prototype of Primus has been removed....

Primus is Gone

So, offered an insane amount of money for the proto or did Hasbro/Takara come swooping in with their lawyers?

Disappointing too because I was going to try and snipe it.

That does suck...although I'm afraid to see how many other people were also planning to snipe it.  I for one was (mainly if there were no more bids between now and then).  I found myself sitting here rationalizing what I could get rid of in order to come up with any extra fundage needed.

Most likely it was removed, otherwise it would still be there.

Excect it to reappear in a little while but better disguised.
