They may fit, but they dont really fit each others bodies right. Prowl isn't as shiny as Red alert, so the head looks bland, and its the opposite for Red alert on Prowl's body.

Keep in mind he did the head swap with a silverstreak not an alert, so we haven't really seen what that would look like.

It may be off, but I doubt it will be off as much as silver streak.

You know i talk tough like everyone else here but when i get my figures - they usually stay the way they came.  meaning i will prolly get Prowl and be happy with his "spychanger" body and that will be that....

Once again I remain misunderstood. :tflaugh I'm more GeeWUn than anyone else, but I can accept that that's not exactly what this line is all about.

 

I won't be doing the head swap myself, but I know that others were interested in doing so. IMO Prowl's head looks goofy on Red alert anyway b/c Red alert has.... red on him. You'd have to do some paint removal (and addition) in order to really get Prowl to look GeeWun-ish.

 

And BTW Prowl's non-glossy head looks just as non-shiny on his existing body. :tfgrin

I knew about the paint removal/addition to some areas of RA's body.  I figured though since he's already the proper mold with the right look and sirens already on him, it'd work for a good Alt. Prowl.  And then give Red alert the right treatment, I'm either going to stick with my plan, or just swap heads, but I may stick with my plan, considering I don't have either a Sliverstreak or a Smokescreen.  I can get Smokescreen in a two pack with Sideswipe at my local TRU.

How many of you will do a Alt/BT Prowl to Red alert head swap. I mean, I would prefer Prowl to have the same design as (Blue)Streak and Smokescreen.

I have. It's a very easy swap.

 

Although the Red alert head on the Prowl body looks out of place, at least with the blue Prowl, so I painted mine blue to match it.

I like em as is.  No head swap for me.

I like them the way they are. No swap here.

The heads are not fully interchangable without some modification.  Due to rather differently sized ball joints.
