Many have done the same.

I think this is why they only produced 800 sets

when i read the names on this list way back i was thinking what a gr8 line up this is ganna be now well im just going to LOL at every poor retard who gets a set

800????  For that price, and crappiness...I expected 100.  But ya, Deszarus looks pretty cool to me.

I forsee that many sets will wind up unclaimed and will be liquidated at the Collector's Club Store

Packaging and art looks cool, I like the Timelines and Descent into evil storyline

 

The good...Deathsaurus, chromia and Ironhide

 

The rest....well a repaint 0of a repaint? that's waaaaay too much lazyness

 

 

In just one word...."MERDE"

They couldnt even get Chromia right. Anyone can see that she's lite green which means Moonracer. Idiots! Still looks kewl though.  Along with Ironhide and Outback (Fallback---bleh) she makes this set kind of desireable, but not for $265 and I wouldnt want that other crap clogging up my shelf space.

I just don't understand why they would show Buzzclaw first and make you wait the whole time just to see Dirge. WTF?

What's even better is that the whole time they kept insisting that the figures would be getting better as the set was revealed! How is another repaint of the crappiest figure in the set getting better? I'd call that false advertising!!!

 

It would be my hope that MC would get severely burned for putting out such a lousy set at an incredibly high price, but in all likelyhood that won't happen. They may have to deal with a bunch of serious complaints but I don't think the sales will be affected all that much. I hope I'm wrong and that a lot of people who pre-ordered this set cancel their orders and really stick it to them.

 

I mean c'mon, is it really THAT hard to find out what the fans want? Ironhide and Ratchet (assuming it is the attendee special) are a good start and they probably KNEW those would get people interested, but there's no excuse for making the rest of the set as crappy as they did when there are so many figures that fans would LOVE to see in an exclusive set like this. Saying MC dropped the ball is a severe underestatement to say the least.

 

Looking on the bright side to all this, my wallet is breathing a massive sigh of relief!

Meh, I could barely tell Chromia's helmet was retooled slightly.

 

I actually like Dirge's color better.  A little girly, but the transparent yellow and purple fade look good together.  And the pics keep showing him with a differently angled head than Buzzclaw...is that just a transformation error, or did they change something?

 

I would be okay with buying the set...if it were half the price.
