'Transformers - The Takara Collection' is available for pre-order via AmazonUK, and as of yet there has been no US release date given.

I'm with Hunter... It's news to me.  It also says that the US date is TBA, so hopefully we'll see it sooner than later.

Maybe this is why the 1st four seasons are out of print (including the movie) at this time...

We shall see...

I hope this means that Takara wil make some of their next few reissues Headmasters.

*shrugs* well last i heard, metrodome only has the right to sell the dvd's in the UK

*hence the whole RID dvd box set we got*

I think im going to look into this.

Yeah i looked around, This wont be coming out in the US, cause another company own the transformers rights in america, so metrodome is only licensed to sell it in the UK

I sure hope this doesn't affect tv- nihon!

i hadnt seen it before... notice the subtitle of the thread

This is being released by a UK campany in the UK for the UK audience. Sony have no plans to release any Transformers DVDs in North America at this time so dont expect this to be release there any time soon. Monsters and Critics.com don't realise that different company's have the Transformers license in different countries.
