I remember having optimus when I was little. I had a few transformers back then. I had some version of Jazz or maybe Prowl, but i'm pretty sure it was jazz. It was weird, for some reason I remember it having some sort of shell. It wasn't a pretender shell though. I dunno. I was never allowed to have the decepticons when I was little, except for a couple of the stunticons (which i still kick myself for not still having), because i think my mom didn't want me playing with bad guys. something like that.

I dont remember the TFs i had as a kid, I was too young and my parents didnt buy me many of the toys. The show was good enough for me to enjoy TFs at that age.

My first TF I got when I got back into it was RID Side Burn (repaint) and Wedge, both on clearance at KB

back in '84 i had to split a cassett two pack w/my brother

***grrrr****i was 6 and he was 4

my mom got us the clasic/infamous......rumble/ravage 2-pak

u kno the one....this was to be the start of a long trend that showed just how lazy Hasbro really is........

the package clearly shows ravage and rumble but the markings have it listed as ravage/frenzy****gggrrrrrrr****FRENZY IS NOT RED :tfmad

to this day to think of this type of error really steams me

I just picked up the blue decepticon cassette...he is rumble to me!!

My first was Trailbreaker, pre-rub. I just got him again a couple months ago, in startling good condition, with fists, and a wrist laser. (no head thingy though hehe)

I think the 1st TF ever had was a spychanger type wheeljack that was mostly metal with rubber wheels. a kid let me play with it & i took it home. i don't remember if it was some kind of knock off. but the 1st one that was mine that i was the 1st to open was Onslaught.
