Devcon was an autobot bounty hunter with a gun coming out the back of his head.  He had a lizard/fish-man for a sidekick.  While he was never immortalized in plastic, he starred in the episode where Smokescreen had to cheat at poker to win back Optimus Prime's soul (or something to that effect).

Truly one of the great Tfs...seemingly.

He should have been a main character, but then, this topic mever would have existed..._. I felt a right to tell the stupid, nieve people out ther who Devcon really is :tflaugh Any idea on which Tf should play host too the Devcon kitbashing?
