another tip, when choosing minicons try and get the one's of the same colour, gold/yellow is the best for a good energon sheild as it gives you almost another full life of energon

eh thats nothing wait ill u fight tidal wave

Tidal Wave was easier.

What I did was whoop ass till he throws me off the cliff, then run around in the shallow water and outrun him. The only monicon I remember using was the one that replenishes your life. So, I'd wait till life was back up, then fight. Fight, run, heal. Repeat Cycle.

Now a War Within Game like that would rock!

I stopped playing that game once I found out you can drown in the river...  :tdown

Cyclonus is nothing compared to the later stuff in this game. Good lord! Frustrating! I think the game has alot of fun moments but the thing that kills it for me is that the enemies aim is dead on. They never ever miss when they fire. You have to have a sheild at all times. Then there are the enemies that don't react to your hitting them. I hate those gorilla things with the emp. When I see them coming, I get the same fear I use to get playing Resident Evil and those Lizard ape things with the claws, just jump out at you out of nowhere.

All I did to beat Cyclonus is use the rapid fire minicon and the sheild. when he's in copter mode, yes he constantly firing on you, but he's also a sitting duck for your heatseekers and rapid fire especially if you have the sheild. when he lands just keep backing up and firing missiles and bullets. Also when he inevitably throws you over the edge and he's in copter mode try to stand under him and fire. When he transforms start backing and firing.

For those who have trouble with Megatron here is how i beat him:

Equip the following:

Sniper rifle

Auto Heal

Heavy cannon

a good shiel mini-con

When Megatron is in Robot mode he is rather slow. Keep a distance and charge up your cannon. Give him a nice full blast to the head. Follow this up with a few quick sniper shot, try to hit his head, but do not waiste time aiming if it means your are going to be hit.

When he is in tank mode, cruise around to one of the ramps and then down to the ramps base. Keep moving around a bit and dodge those bombs. Try to get close to the top of the ramp before Megatron Transforms. Aim your sniper rifle while charging you cannon gun. Make sure to hit all 4 shots to megs head (for a great combo Power Link, Snipe shot, then Full charge blast) and follow up with a full blast.

Keep this up, and you should have him beat in no time. CAUTION: If you have a healing mini-con, Megatron will also copy you and have a healing factor. This should not be a major factor in the fight.

Another tip: To get down to the platform without the Flying Mini-con, simply align your jump with a ramp, jump down and Transform before landing, this will greatly reduce your damage and with a healing mini-con you will be fine.

ok well i beat him...

the small waterfall NEXT to the temple (not behind it) is where I ended up hiding out. He actually stops...there's some sort of a glitch here i guess. He stops fighting, and slowly, very slowly, hovers up and over the waterfall, then back down. Then he starts blasting you again. Unfortunately because the area is so tiny, once he gets over the river and starts unloading at you, you don't have anywhere to go. But it doesn't matter because you can blast him so much when he's not doing anything. Heh heh. Stupid Cyclonus.
