i think the topic is also a bit misunderstood:

Hasbro doesnt care what we talk about

they dont want pics of unrealeased, ananounced items floating around-

THAT was what the big flaming battle was all about

and remember the battles were here on the message boards - we still have not heard ANYTHING official from hasbro..... who knows - they may continue to edit Cybertron the series and maybe Primus wont even appear at all.....

i dont see what hasbros problem would be as iv posted before it builds anticipation and gives loads of publicity for the figure and it should fly aslong as they dont screw it up.
