Cybertron Scourge is...

Recommended Posts

Heh, looks more like he's trying to sneak up on Scooby and the gang.

But that Grimlock repaint of TM Megs is very nice.  :tfevil

Or rather on closer inspection, Armada Predacon   :tftongue

grimlock looks even better now i've finished painting and adding detail to his arms.

the point is that rotorstorm's (or universe whirl's) legs can be posed in more than one position unlike some more  more recent tfs *cough*armadablurr&scavenger*cough*

Have you posted any pics in the kitbash section? I've got a mind to do the same to my Predacon. Great job, I honestly don't know why I never thought of doing that... :tfhuh

they are there, he's in a couple of topics, one in a complete section on the kitbashes i've done which includes a megatron and armada blurr repainted as tracks.

and my wildrider custom, which i'll shortly be updating with a better head modification which i shall go and do later

here's the wildrider

i'll post the other links once i find them  :thumb

grimlock's actual topic

hope you enjoy them, i'm going to do energon megatron into galvatron over the next few months, figuring out how to remold the tank into a cannon

you're crazy. plain and simple. "bricks" by definition do not pose well or lack articulation. if scourge is a brick then how can he do this?

i just got my flame convoy and he is the most fun tf i have bought in a good long while. you want bricks? try powermaster prime. i love that figure but his posability is ass. try armada scavenger or energon wing saber. i think we have all become a little too spoiled. sure the arms a little funky but i don't care he poses great for me and that alone would make him NOT a brick.

Yep. And if you don't like him so much, throw him up for sale in the End Cap and buy something else.

I guess people's expectations are higher when it costs $40CND to purchase this guy. Scourge sure looks good, but comparing to RID megatron which was at the same price point (and much cheaper now), it's not really a bang for the buck. Even bulkhead and landmine had more bells and whistles. It's still a great toy though, hope it goes on clearance soon.

I think that sums things up about right

so, exactly what's the deal with his arms?  his arms rotate forward/back at the shoulders and 360 vertically (over his head and back).

are his elbows a ball joint?

his wrists don't rotate?

what are his legs?

I don't have the toy and I'm trying to decide.  what are the posability problems?

thanks in advance
