the images would suggest that laserbeak is either a fuel cell or some kind of bomb.

Rocket thruster under the wing ;)

I hope he is not a bomb, a self destruct bird sounds dumb for LB.

"Laser beak eject - operations self destruct mechanism maintenance test"

"Sqwak?!?!"

"Nevermind- just wanted to see if it would work...One day. One day..."

Give the argument a rest, people!  The thread hasn't been locked, TFans or TFormers hasn't been shut down by Hasbro or anything yet, so let's just talk about how much we all like and want the new Soundwave figure...

is it just me or does the new pic make it look as if soundwave is holding two guns...

meaning the 2 engines each turn into a gun....

I am still meh about LB turning into a TAPE or a square bomb or whatever..... but overall this figure is so going to ROCK

i just hope they dont muck it up too much with sounds and lights....

wait what the hell am i saying thats the only way they make bigger characters.....sigh

i just wish we didnt have to loose interesting Transformations due to a battery pack (Armada Seekers anyone???)

i sead somthing about his guns a few pages back  so its nice to know sum1 else agrees

i think LB will just turn into a compact form to fit into his chest and will act as a recon drone rather then a full fledged TF

I dont know if i agree or disagree -

just speculating like everyone else

(well almost everyone else)

"hey i wanna make baby jesus cry tooo!!!! can i squirt the lemon?"

in th origional pics the second gun was on soundwaves shoulder but he has the abbility to hold both. i also think it is rediculous to have a kamikaze laserbeak unless in the show theres loads of them and there just drones. in plane mode drop like bombs and in robot mode fly to their target and destruct. if i had my way i would have a fullyintergrated laserbeak int the robot/plane mode similar to armada cyclonus. the fact is though this is one of the best looking figures in the line and is an interesting concept brought to the line. however until we see the model itself we dont know exactly how it will look and what the final colours will be. neither do we know what exactly laser beaks roll will be and where he combines. untill we see him anything is speculation but thats not always a bad thing as it can give interesting idedas that hasbro may come across but the caution is the problem of soundwave living up to the hype also the same must be said for primus.
