What I would say, Sir, is that one must find the source of leaked information and handle the matter there.  Making a stink because TFormers decided to report on news that was already leaked, already in public domain is just foolish.  Same with trying to say that we shouldn't report on it because someone might lose their job for leaking the info.  It's constipated ethics.  The person responsible for leaking said information is solely to blame.  Not the news source that reported on it.  Or, don't you believe in freedom of the press Sir?  US Law or at least the Courts even say that an online news source cannot be held liable for information they have accurately reported on and or republished.

Well let me rephrase it this way.  Are adam and eve, (the root and first sinners) responsible for our short lived life if we decide to j-walk and get bashed by a truck? No i think not.  (not that im religious or anything but)  Not every flaw lies within the source you know.  And yes the news pple that reported it and the site has nothing to blame, that I agree wholely.  What I would blame are the initial pple who leaked the already leaked info TO a news person, when obviously this stuff has been told to be kept quiet.  Unless the person told is totally unaware of the situation that it should be kept undercover, stuff like this is hushed up for a reason.  If somebody did a wrong and got fired from their company, you dont go trailing them and spreading the rumor to every other job that they apply to next.  Its kept quiet for a reason.  This whole thing is a matter of moral.   

 

And then if sites STILL keep on posting upcoming pics that seem to unmistakably follow the paths of the first few leaked pics.  Such as a series of leaked pics, where sites decide they post it one at a time, just for the long given attention, then I beleive the fault would sway to the news crew because they would have had enough info to decide.
