Rumble and Frenzy act like a couple of teenaged punks so i'd say 15-17.

I think Bumblebee should be the youngest, and Hot Rod should be a few years older- maybe:

Thousands???  If I am remembering correctly, in the first very episode of MTMTE, the ark crashes into Earth and then 4 million years later, they first awaken...

 

That would make them at least a minimum of 4 million years old!
