I see what you're saying, but that's kind of a stretch, IMO.  I think I could draw similarities like that to most TFs that have a helmet like head.  besides, your comparison is to TM T-Rex megs, not TM2 dragon.

i say the flame convoy is a pre beast wars version of pred megatron before he went traitor and joined the other side. whos to say this doesnt have anything to do with megatron gaining a connection to the matrix over the years.
