Dont know if someone mentioned this already but it's Arcee!

Well, Arcee is the name of the scooter minicon in Armada. Sureshock? Always get their names confused. However, he asked about the g1 Perceptor. :nuts

Incidently, the black and teal one is a pre-transformer, a Microman toy. The Takara Transformer release was in his typical anime colors, just like the US release. And yes, his scope actually magnified.. i think it was 2x, though it might have been 4x

The black one did see a stateside release though, in one of those other pre-transformer lines. I don't remember which, though. Diakron, maybe.

From what I remember, the Japanese Perceptor was a black and grey microscope, with a higher scope capacity (don't know what it's called)

That's not Perceptor. That's the pre-Perceptor from Microman Microchange called MicroScope (creative, eh?). Perceptor was Perceptor in Japan.

I see, wouldn't know since I had both of them and I just called one Perceptor and the other "Evil Perceptor"

Eh, if you ever called him a microscope, then you got the name right.
