Wildrider looks really bootleg next to DC. I'll probably still get em.

I really hope they darken the violet if they're going to stick with that color scheme. Not too happy with the robot mode, I like Decepticharge better.

All of a sudden, the proto nonpainted looks so much better. ;)  But it's still going to be part the collection nonetheless when it does come out.

 

So far when has any release of BT's with color that bad? Let's just wait and see.   

OK, I'm sorry, but this may be the very first Binaltech that I'm NOT getting. And this is coming from a guy, who bought Smokescreen GT, and a second Sideswipe just to have the Fan-mode.

 

I don't like these colors. Up to now, the Binaltechs just had a simple colorscheme, consisting of one main color, one secondairy color, and one, maybe 2 colors for detail. This toy has 4 main colors, making it, atleast to me, look like..I dunno, something my kid brother would draw in art-class. In Elementary.

Fanmode for Alt Sideswipe? I haven't heard of that before.

You basically cut a small piece of plastic from Sideswipe's trunk, invisible in both robot and alt-mode, and then use the trunk as the chest. It's more G1, and looks pretty spiffy.

 

Just thought I'd post a pic of them side-by-side for an easier comparison. I honestly think Decepticharge looks MUCH better.

I agree w/ that for the bot mode. The racing decals of DC make me want to vomit. But that's just me. :thumb

yeah I'd have to say in robot mode he is similar in color to the insecticons and it would be cool if it was an insecticon but needs a head remold

 

Too bad the color of the car mode isn't a resemblance to an insecticon.

I was thinking of the robot mode when I said Insecticon.  I think the car could be repainted in a really dark purple, darker than Alt. Shockwave or black. 

when I look at the bot mode I think Insecticon too. It's just those shoulders being silver that drives me crazy. What is it with Japan and Wild random colors?
