It's getting hard to collect TF's when so few shops are willing to stock them and Hasbro is being fussy with shipping overseas.  I'm not liking the UK chances of getting the Classics line at this rate.

As it is, Hasbro aren't doing that well on distribution in America.

There's plenty of online stores that sell their  products.

Cybertron is selling well enough in most areas, and the way they're srarting to go through the line  i would say early Spring/late Winter is quite possible.

Then if TF's are selling well down in England, then what about up here in Scotland?  Most of the shops are refusing to stock TF's other than the SWTF line and even then it's only one or two at a time, proper TF's haven't been appearing up here for quite a while now.

The newest TF's in my area are the reissue Micromaster Arielbots and they appeared a few months ago.  Since then there hasn't been any new TF's appearing anywhere, where there used to be TF's are now Power Rangers, will those ever die?, Superman things, Batman things, some Star Wars things riding on the back of the final movie and something called Alex Storm, I think, some kind of kiddie spy movie anyway.

I doubt even with the movie, if it's sucessful, that TF's will appear up here.

Was at the Bristol Forbidden Planet. Must have just missed an Alt Mirage (& Prime). 29.99 though.  They still had Meister, Tracks, Rollbar, Ricochet and Sunstreaker.

Off topic - If youre into MOTU, they had the new series 3 stactions for 22.99. Looked cool, but no room for those. Especially at those prices!

FP London have the Alts as well and I agree the price is annoying, they don't call it Forbidden Prices for nothing.

I awoke this morning due to loud banging coming from my front door, I ran to get it and to my suprise there was a post man with a parcel for me, which upon opening much to my delight contained Alt Nemesis Prime, now to mod him into Trailbreaker.  :clap

I know the prices in Forbidden Planet in London are a touch on the ridiculous side, but sometimes i juts have to bite the proverbial bullet and buy the occasional TF from them. Luckily, within about 5 minutes walk from FP there is Orbital Comics, and they usually have a good selection of Binaltech which is often cheaper than FP's Alts. Am hoping to get a BT Dead End from Orbital next week when i go into London myself!!

Um, you do know Dead Ends £40 in Orbital don't you. If been waiting months for them to drop the price, but no luck so far. I did get Grimlock from them though for £25, they've also got Swindle and Tracks (Blue and Yellow) for £25.

Really? Last time i looked, they had one for about £30 - i knew i should've grabbed one when i had the chance!! Well, if i can afford it, I'm gonna grab one anyway, since my BT/Alt Decepticons are outnumbered 3 to 2 right now, and they will probably be even worse off after my trip to London!! hehehe

Unclejoe

i've got bt dead end. Had him for about a year and he and bt meister cost the same as the alt version (ebay)

bt deadend is supercool

Thanks to Rich for letting us know that there will be two new (to the UK) Alternators in the next Argos catelogue. Here are the details and product numbers
