Grimlock, but Soundwave is a very very close second.

I'd like to see a spinoff with Ravage/X-9.  His new body was explained in Beast Wars, but it would be cool to SEE how it all came about and stuff.

I've always had this theory that because he is such a cold, monotoned type, and he's got these really colorful sort of minions that jump out of him...maybe he was Mr. Personality at some point, and his programming got wonky, and every sort of "emotion" he had manifested itself as seperate personalities that eventually became these spies.

 

Ravage was his anger, Ratbat his cunning, Rumble was his mischeviousness...stuff like that.

 

A think a story about that transformation (no pun intended) would rule.
