Yellow Lambor KO

preferably with a less old/evil-looking face-sculpt

Did the prototype (with molded Autobot symbol) have a friendlier face?  The pics I saw of it were not of sufficient resolution to be able to tell.

I'm pretty sure the face was the same, I just never thought it really looked like Sunstreaker.  I mean, look at the bags under the eyes and the dour expression... not very "Autobot" if you ask me, and not really Sunstreaker, either.

the face was the same, dont forget that the guy who does the binaltech design is a TF nut (look at the bio card translations) and knows all the history and would ahve been basing Sunstreaker on his arrogant/elitist/psychopathic personality

I want to see pics.  Damn bandwith problems.

On another, similar, note.  Plenty of people have kitbashed Sunstreaker out of Deadend, but has anyone kitbashed a Red alert out of Sideswipe.  They were the same mold in G1.  That I would like to see.

damn pics, dont show up

I agree. Can't see them either... :tdown

We apologize for the bandwith exceedings on the host site. We never thought about the out pouring reactions of the fans here and in our messgae boards. Thanks for viewing them. :D

Anyways here's an alternate host site for you to see the photos...

Are these robots diecast? How the hell can these be legal?

yes they are 100% replication of the original with dicast parts.

well I can't say enough that I held it and transformed it once. we just encountered one minor part in the right arm that we can't do the same way the left arm rotates with the doors.

the head has a nice mould same like the original lambor or alternator sideswipe.

it also have the magnetic steering part that makes it look accurate.

the manual is in japanese with english translated info in it... more photos coming up!
