The People over at Seibertron.com have managed to dig up the ancient Music Video "The Touch". It even includes footage from the 1988 Saturday morning Powermaster Prime Cliffhanger show.

Is it me or does that CG(?) PM Optimus look a little like Reverse Convoy? 

 

Edit: Huh, PM Op is Cardboard and sentai-like...as for the music video...uhm. Wow. I don't think I can look at the Transformation sequence of Megatron into Galvatron the same way ever again...and I suppose it's a good that Stan got into fighting using his guitar..(and did it look like Unicron was really tempted to crush him as he sang?)

 

Optimus' reaction to Tommy was great. Optimus' eyes squint was communicating "dammit, I die so many times then they stick me with this kid who asks too many questions." was pretty clear, right?

Aahhhh for the horrid days of the g2 cartoon.  (gen 1 with new intro\outro)  I wonder what ever happened to tommy.  Do you think he grew up and became someone famous........or like many child actors just got in to drugs, made a bad porn video or two. Now all he can talk about is his how he screwed up his one BIG break in his acting carreer becuse he asked prime to many questions.....as he slaps together big mac's at mc D's :P

i used to think that powermaster prime was real when i was a kid... damn. i always wanted to be that kid that talked to prime. lol.

i think he was squinting because he was wishing he was still dead instead of being with the kid. lol. I mean he had to come up with that line about an interstelar peace keeping meeting to get away.

whooah...now that's an electric guitar.

 

I saw this years ago and hoped they would've added this to the movie DVD.... y'know like an.......oh what do they call those.... oh yeah an extra. (much sarcasm)  It was neat to see it again.

 

Now all we need is a spoof video of "The Touch" starring Micheal Jackson. :D

with or without the kid? lol. ok bad joke.

What I like about is that that puppet gives a good clue as to how big Powermaster Prime actually is.
