Thanks for the feedback!

Though in the close up of meggy, I see a little purple comming through on his shoulder cannon.  Minor fix.

Yeah, there's actually quite a few thin spots in the paint; I decided this time around I wouldn't bother skipping the pictures where it became clear.  Most of the time by the time I figured out I missed a spot I had already sealed it.  Or, in the case of Blastoff, I tried to put a second coat on to cover the missed spot, but the paint pooled and I had to work around it.  So I decided to live with them.
What paint did you use and did u spray or hand painted them?

A combination of both; the magnesium, titanium, and black pearl paints are spray that I polished with a cloth afterwards.  The lines are Testors markers, and the faces are done with brushes.
I'd recommend JB Weld.  2 part epoxy, Mix 1:.  It's a viscous gel when mixed and hard when cured.

Cool, that sounds like just what I'm looking for - thanks!
I rcomend useing liquid welder it starts off like epoxy but hardens and makes a very nice bond I used it to make my master peice prime trailer useing stainless steel and it holds like nobodys business I'm also useing it as fill for a protoform pod from beast wars that I'm working on.

Also a good lead - I'll probably need both, one for filler in Onslaught's arms, and the other to repair cracks.  :thumb
OMFG I'll have your babies if you send me that Megatron  :tftongue

I'm having babies?  :eek

Those are AWESOME!!!!!

And as everyone else has said, they do look like pewter figures.  You did a heck of a job on the re-painting.  :thumb  :thumb

man, those look sharp... i love the paint colors. what paint did you use?

:eek  :eek  :eek  :eek  :eek  :eek  :eek  :eek

...man , you work are KILLER!!!!!!!!

I really like what you did with the Brutucus/Megatron molds.:thumb  Those would've been awsome colours to use on the Universe repaint. Arcee looks well done too but I can't see those colours suiting her mold too well. :bored

Somehow I missed this thread ...

Those look somewhere between SWEET and TOTALLY PowerglideING RAD!!  :)

I've been looking at this thread again and again as it gets bumped.  I really like how these came out.

It's really tempting to try repainting some of my own collection in this theme.

it does beg the question though, if Hasbro or any other company made metalic (or metalic painted) Transformers, would you buy them?

I would, yeah.  If teh Lucky Draw gold models weren't so frigging expensive I'd buy them.

Very cool MLM.

I can just imagine these guys stepping on skulls ala Terminator.
