Does anyone know if they're going to be selling Cobra Commander with the metal faceplate, or just the one with the sack-mask?  I HATE sack-head CC, and I missed the mask-face one they put out a couple of years ago.  And for the record, I'm talking about BLUE Cobra Commander, not black.  :tfmad

What line?  We don't know what Hasbro will do with the Sigma Six version (though, Billy Lagor, the guy running the line, wants both).

 

There is a Cobra Commander figure out now which has the option of BOTH helmet and sack, though I prefer the wave 8 Spy Troops blue Helmet Commander (but the wave 5 grey helmet isn't bad either)

Most of what has been revealed for the shop looks to be leftovers from wave 8 Valor vs. Venom/wave 1 Robot Rebellion, so if they had a CC planned for either, he will likely show up eventually.

I'm pretty sure you could find that one on eBay. I doubt it will be available on the online store.

The one in the preview picture with the comic is supposedly Fred; CC's stand-in from the comic.

Basically the only 3 3/4 inch stuff will be either at TRU or online. TRU is keeping their exclusives. Too bad they didn't keep the G1 re-issues.

I myself am hoping for G1 re-issues & Robot Masters. Guess we will find out in July.

Sorry, off-topic, but yeah.  My TRU has that version in its display dome but I couldn't remember ever seeing one carded before.  I guess I just missed it.  Thanks for the heads up about #19, though.  That one looks pretty nice.  I'll have to start keeping an eye out during my weekly TF-hunts!

Drat, I saw Vers. 19 a few days ago and was thinkin' about getting it just to see what he looked like underneath that mask...just to find, he has another mask on. You'd think, if he can make Destro quesy while eating something (in the original GI Joe 'toon) he'd use that to his advantage, wouldn't you?

 

Anyways, I kind of disliked how expensive the TFs seemed in the Master Collector shop. (I understand it was to get folks to become members...but it still seems a bit silly to pay $40 a year, then pay store prices as a "great" discount.)
