Rampage and Depthcharge!

thats my 2 cents :wave

Wanted to mention that one to myself, when after they blew up and they show Depthcharge fin sink, it was pretty sad. One of my favorites fights and they both welcomed death.

I voted for Optimus Prime, only because I haven't seen Dinobot's death and Smokescreen (whose death I did see) I could really care less about.  :tflaugh1

Heh, just wanted to share this with all of you:

My brother had never seen "Code of Hero," so I popped into the DVD player and we watched it. Normally he starts to get sleepy and doze off, but this time he stared at the screen intently. He didn't say anything or make any noise during the whole episode. When it was over, he wouldn't talk and I think I even caught him sniffling a bit at the end.

He's 21.

The most momentous for me had to be Ironhides death from TF : TM really...it was the first time it really hit most of us that in the TF War 'bots really were killed. Seeing Ironhide try to do anything after being blasted to bits then ruthlessly slaughtered by Megatron really hit home how evil he really was. Up until then he was on a par with Cobra Commander for me, the typical bumbling evil overlord. Plus Ironhide was one of those old standby's that you thought would be around forever, like an aging grandfather.

Optimus's death after that was just too much when your young, if you honestly didn't get teary eyed at least once at that age from watching that scene, then something's wrong.  :redface

Never watched or cared for the BW series, so never saw Dinobot's death, nor really care to. Honestly I'm not sure how the (first) death of one of the most beloved TFormers in existance could be rated lower than anything else, maybe it was more memorable to those of us who remember seeing it in the theatre.

I saw the movie in theatre also and was moved also by Ironhide and Prime's death. But perhaps if you did watch BW series, at least up to Dinobot' death, then you might understand why many were more impressed with his death.  You might still prefer Prime's death but at least you'll know why many prefer Dinobot's.
