Original Transformer design

Well, one of the things I do for $$$ is I make 3D content for a program called Poser, and broker it through sites such as www.daz3d.com , and www.renderosity.com .

The other day, I decided to combine the two. Based on the transform scheme of the Legioss / Alpha Fighter from Mospeada / Robotech, I have created the following bot:

And it will actually transform into the following:

Yeah, I know, no real "face". but considering what it's based on, a monoptic face is better than no eyes on the face, and an eye on the shoulder...

I'm thinking about calling it Redmark, after one of the Bots in my "stable" over at HMW at Seibertron.

Looks like something out of Robotech...very neat. :thumb

Yeah the alt mode looks alot like the Vindicator.

Which is odd, because it's based on the Alpha Fighter from the third season... aka Legioss from Mospeada.

((Pssst, Don Cassetti: I think maybe 5% of the people who read that will get the joke. :D ))

Okay, I did a quick animation to show both the primary "paintjob" (there will be 2-3 additional "repaints"), as well as the transformation scheme:

For those who know Poser at all, this puppy will transform from the "default" pose with only a single dial turn.

And there's no Autobot or Decepticon symbol for the same reason it is not an exact copy of the mech that inspired it - Copyright reasons. This is a product for sale, and thus it's best to avoid copyright problems entirely. :tflaugh
