I find it much more fun to try to make sense of things within the rules of that universe, myself. Such is how "Subspace" came into being, or the term Seekers.

I would maybe have liked to have seen the G1 related episodes, but from the descriptions that I have read, I would rather do without the Japanese series. :tfgrin

I would have loved to see a continutation after Rebirth. That episode introduces MANY new characters that could have been grown apon and things could have happened. For example, we could have Scorponok betray Galvatron, Optimus get badly damaged and let Rodimus Prime lead for a while. When Optimus returns to lead, he is Powermaster Prime. We could have had a FINAL battle with Fort Max vs Scorpy, PM Prime vs Galvatron etc.

 

When Armada was first announced, it was told that it would take place after G1. In the first episode, we see MANY G1 characters alive and well ready to do battle including G1 Red alert and Skyfire. It is My PERSONAL opinion that Armada/Energon takes place after G1 like 10 years in the future. Not many agree with me, but thats my take on it.
