cant honestly say i see a huge difference in Dons style

The inks arent as heavy but thats the only thing really different

the colors are great as well [aside from the miscolors] and i really like the piece

its got a great POV that really needs to be expanded upon in all TF books

This fourm is "News and Rumors". The picture is news since it's something we haven't heard of yet and it works with the strong rumors about Devil's Due getting the TF license.

IMO rumors in it and of themselves are completely useless if not verified with reliable sources. We can all speculate what we think might happen onsomething we heard.

quit your bitchin, rumors aside that's one awesome pic.

I am making a completely valid point. Would you consider information contained in tabloids as news? Most of it is speculation, gossip, unsubstantiated rumors, and senseless chattered. This type of information really should not be considered news or potential news, at best it is discussion, but not news.

For TFs when we post rumors as news without verifying them, it weakens the entire purpose of the news section. Rumors are great for discussions, but they not NEWS.

But this forum is for news and rumors.

Therein exists the problem, you get crap like rumors associated with actual news.

But it is also news, since it is an actual illustration by the artist that was submitted by DD, to Hasbro. All it means is that DD wanted to show Hasbro what it can do with TF in hope of getting the license. That's all.

:pfx exactly. Besides, it's never a bad thing to see new artwork by Don. The points in favor of posting this info are just as if not more valid than yours. Besides, the rumor about DDP getting the license is a very old rumor. I've at least heard enough that I won't be surprised either way if they get it or not.
